It has taken years for me to finally read enough, see enough, and experiment on myself enough, to finally understand what really needs to be done and how to do it in order to obtain your optimal health and achieve a weight that makes you comfortable in your own skin and to also be able to maintain it long term.

A Little Of My Story

Food dominated my thoughts and had been the focus of my life.

I hated it as much as I loved it and I have allowed it to cause me great depression and great elation and every mood in between. I have photos of me when I was 6 years old in which you can clearly see my fat swollen belly in stark contrast to my skinny siblings who never in our youth suffered my issues with their weight. When I was 8 years old I was enrolled me in a University study for overweight kids and an afterschool camp for overweight children called “Good Bodies.”
