It has taken years for me to to finally understand what needs to be done to obtain your optimal health, be comfortable in your own skin, and maintain it long term.

  • Not have your clothes feel tight

My process is simple.

First, we will REVIEW your current eating and lifestyle habits. We will work together on a strategy for giving up sugar and adding healthy fats and whole foods that will work best for you personally. We will also find a way to increase your activity levels with things you enjoy doing so you look forward to moving more. 

Then we will RESET two critical components that are the keys to your health and weight. This is the hard part but once you get over the hump it is never as hard again and you will never want to go back to eating or feeling like you do now. We will retrain your taste buds so that processed foods taste how they actually taste (awful!) and we will replace your gut microbiome with bacteria that will crave healthy foods.  

Now REJOICE! You made it through the hardest part. 

Then RELAX as you get comfortable with your new life choices and you start to see noticeable improvements in how you look and feel.
